This software calculates Cramer-Rao boundaries (i.e. minimum achievable values) for the variances of multilayered structures parameters estimates obtained as a result of the spectral analysis of microwave reflectometry data. The boundaries are shown in the form of colormaps depending on the true position of a pole relative to the interpolation points. The maps were used for derivation of the optimal interpolation points selection criteria.
